The OYA collection, featuring these Bark earrings and bracelets, is inspired by a traditional form of Ottoman lace originating in Anatolia. It is made using a needle or crochet hook with intricate patterns. Christine Delpal, the creator of Karawan, develops her collections with a collective of Turkish women, with a view to promoting and professionalising this exceptional feminine craftsmanship, which has been overlooked for too long.
