Gold/silver in semi-precious stones jewellery - Yamuna

Explore Yamuna: an exclusive collection of fine, semi-precious stone jewellery created by Karawan and faceted by the jewellers of Jaipur. Earrings, rings and necklaces combine to make every moment a radiant one.

YAMUNA

Yamuna is the name of a tributary of the Ganges that borders the Taj Mahal. An inspiration of eternity, an evanescent fervour that blends the invisible with material beauty. Christine Delpal, creator of Karawan, draws her inspiration from malas, the rosary-shaped prayer bracelets handcrafted by Jaipur jewellers. Faithful to the tradition, she reinterprets it by combining faceted amethyst, labradorite and carnelian with silver or gold beads engraved with Indian motifs.

A collection beaded with eternity

Rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants and long necklaces make up the collection, featuring semi-precious gems like drops of colour that reflect and radiate light. Each piece is mounted on 925 sterling silver or 3µ gold-plated metal, carefully crafted by hand and bearing witness to exceptional craftsmanship.

A collection to enhance nature's treasures, reflecting its radiance and light, making every moment unique... An essential luxury, to be experienced every day.

The symbolism and virtues of gemstones

Yamuna evokes the unique vital energy diffused by each semi-precious stone. It celebrates the beauty of these gems, transforming creation into a precious, timeless source of energy. Far beyond their aesthetic dimension, these jewels become true allies of well-being. Amethyst is renowned for calming the mind and inviting calm, while carnelian refocuses and encourages projects to come to fruition, labradorite protects against negative energies, and aqua chalcy brings serenity and facilitates communication.
