The fine chain on the necklace and sautoir is studded with hand-facetted labradorite stones. It is punctuated by semi-precious carnelian stones. Several silver beads, gilded with gold, are placed all along the chain. They are embossed with Indian motifs.
Christine DELPAL, Karawan's designer, has created the Ani collection of chokers and necklaces in reference to malas, the Tibetan prayer bracelets worn by Buddhists. The rosary chains are hand-crafted by jewellers in Jaipur, India, with whom Karawan has been creating its collections for 15 years.
Silver chain, gilded with 3 micron fine gold, featuring over 150 hand-facetted labradorite stones for the necklace and around 60 for the choker. The chain is studded with carnelian stones and 3-micron gold-plated silver beads featuring Indian motifs.
