Karawan black soap is a creamy plant-based paste made from organic olive oil, following a traditional Moroccan recipe. It is prepared by mixing olive oil with crushed black olives macerated in salt and potash. Like Aleppo soap, Karawan's black soap moisturises and purifies the body and face. Applied to the skin, it prepares the way for the scrubbing glove: under the effect of heat, the dead skin softens and is eliminated by the kessa glove.
Karawan entrusts the manufacture of its black soap to a cosmetics laboratory in France in order to guarantee the traceability of its natural ingredients.
